Q - Where are you?
A - Auckland, New Zealand.

Q - Do you have a catalogue ?
A - No. However you can print off the relevant pages yourself,
for further reference.

Q - When will you charge my card ?
A - Only when your order is ready to go out the door.

Q - How do you send the goods, and how long will it take ?
A - Generally by air economy. Your order will be confirmed by
email or fax with an E.T.A and shipping costs.

Q - What if the goods arrive damaged or I'm not happy with it ?
A - Generally we have very few problems with shipping and if there
is any problems whatsoever, please contact us. We have
thousands of happy customers world wide.

Q - What about taxes ?
A - Within NZ tax is included in the price. Overseas some countries
do not charge duty/taxes on incoming gifts.The USA allows up to
US$200.00 per shipment tax free. For other
countries it might pay to check. Basically taxes are your care..

Q - Do you intend to add to your six designs shown here ?
A - Yes in due course we will be developing more designs.

Q - Do you sell seconds ?
A - No. Only products we are proud of leave our doors.

Q - You produce a fine looking product, but how is it packed ?
A - Sky Placemats and Coasters are packed in sets of 6 in a quality presentation box.

Q - I have a picture/artwork, can you make some placemats for me ?
A - Yes. However minimum runs to make it economical for all
parties, is 3000 individual placemats (500 sets of 6)
